Requirements
To Become an Egg Donor

Be 19 - 30 years of age
-
Have both ovaries
-
At least 5 feet tall
-
Have regular monthly periods
-
Have a BMI (Body Mass Index) between 18 and 28
-
Have a minimum of a GED, Higher Education Preferred
-
No reproductive disorders or abnormalities
-
No family history of cancer, leukemia, mental disease, etc.

Mental, emotional, and physically healthy
-
No sexually transmitted diseases
-
Willfulness to completing background check
-
Non-smoker, Non-vaper
-
Non-drug user (including recreational and illicit drugs)
-
No history of drug or substance abuse
-
Not currently on Debo Provera, Nexplanon, or Implanon
-
Have reliable transportation
-
Have had no more than 5 deliveries
-
Willfulness to attend Medical and Psychological evaluations
-
Being willing and able to self-administer medications via injection
-
Willfulness to commit to the donation process
-
Be willing and able to respond to communications within 24 hours
-
No previous travel to a Zika risk area within the last 6 months
