YOU ARE NOT ALONE
The Path is Waiting
for You.

"The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." - Lao Tzu

There are many reasons why someone might need a surrogate. Some of the most common include older-age, infertility, medical conditions, same-sex couples, single parents, recurrent miscarriages, or simply ethical concerns.
Whichever it is YOUR reason, our team wants to commend you for choosing surrogacy as a way to build your family. It is a testament to your commitment and desire to bring a child into the world.
Surrogacy is a big life change, and it is natural to feel a range of emotions, but we will help you understand the process and answer any questions you may have.
IS SURROGACY THE OPTION YOU'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR?
We can help your
family grow
We work closely with top clinics, doctors and surrogacy agencies to provide our clients with the best possible support and guidance. Our partners share our commitment to excellence and are dedicated to helping families achieve their dreams of having a child through surrogacy.

SURROGACY PROCESS FOR INTENDED PARENTS (IP)
Step 1
Initial Consultation
-
Inquiry / Consultation with our team.
-
Agency Agreement for services are signed.
-
Request of medical history and completion of IP's questionnaire/application.
-
Background check.
-
Creation of IP's profile.
Step 2
The Match Meeting
-
Show profiles of potential surrogate-candidates (We meet most of our surrogates in person).
-
Once chosen we arrange the match meeting via video call, like Zoom or WeChat. Both parties, IPs and surrogate, have the opportunity to ask each other questions and get to know each other better. Your profile is shared with the selected surrogate.
-
After you and the surrogate both decide to move forward, the match is official (can take a few days). Escrow accounts need to be open.
-
The surrogate's medical records will be sent to the IVF clinic for IPs' doctor's review.
-
Clinic takes around two weeks to send their pre-approval based on the surrogate's medical records.
Step 3
Surrogate's Medical and Psychological Screening
-
Medical screening consists of a saline sonogram on a specific day of the surrogate's cycle, infectious-diseases blood test, and urine drugs and nicotine test, at IP's IVF clinic. (If you cannot be present, someone from our team accompanies the surrogate to her appointment that day and we provide you with an update immediately, if possible with photos or video.)
-
Surrogate's psychological evaluation.
-
Medical clearance. (It takes an average of two weeks after screening to receive and review all results.)
Step 4
Legal Process
-
Escrow accounts need to be fully funded before the IVF cycle begins.
-
You need to work closely with your lawyer to draft the contract while your surrogate works with her own lawyer. (This may take up to 3 weeks)
-
Legal clearance is when the legal contracts are signed and notarized by both parties and the IP's lawyer sends the legal contract permission letter to the IVF clinic.
-
Life and Health insurance is purchased for the surrogate.

Step 5
Fetal Embryo Transfer (FET)
-
Surrogates receive different types of medications to start with the calendar.
-
Clinic creates a calendar for the embryo transfer (dates on the calendar may change depending on how the surrogate's body responds to the medicine).
-
Embryo transfer is done at IP's IVF clinic. It takes place 2 or 3 weeks after the surrogate starts medications. (If you cannot be present, someone from our team accompanies the surrogate to her appointment that day and we provide you with an update immediately, if possible with photos or video.)
-
We find a local IVF clinic near your surrogate's house for monitoring appointments after the transfer. Expect lab work and ultrasound at every appointment.
-
Beta #1 - First blood pregnancy test. Usually done two weeks after transfer.
-
Beta #2- Second blood pregnancy test. Done two days after first beta.
-
Heartbeat confirmation (by 7 weeks and 1 day of pregnancy).
-
Graduation from IVF clinic (by 10-12 week’s gestation).

Step 6
Pregnancy and Delivery
-
We help your surrogate schedule the first OB visit at 10-12 weeks gestation.
-
OB visits are treated like any other pregnancy and are scheduled with OB per the clinic's requirements. (usually/minimum 1 appointment per month)
-
16 weeks - Begin work on the pre-birth order with the attorney - PBO.
-
20 weeks - Anatomy scan.
-
20-25 weeks - Glucose test.
-
34-38 weeks - PBO will be completed and sent to all parties including the delivering hospital.
-
37-40 weeks - Delivery! (considered full-term)
-
We provide assistance filling out documentation at the delivery hospital.
We are more than just a coordinator, we are your surrogate's greatest support. We remind her of each appointment and we give you updates after every appointment that your surrogate has. We provide you with weekly updates as well.
Please note that every case is unique and each journey may be different, so the time-frames provided above are an average and may vary.
